Refund & Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns once items are delivered.

However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Your order number


Refunds & Replacements

If your request is approved:

  • We will send a replacement OR

  • Issue a full refund (no need to return the item)


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Minor variations (color/size due to display differences)
